
ROC Legal is a boutique law firm with targeted knowledge and experience in compensation and insurance claims. As industry leaders they handle a high influx of enquiries and time-sensitive claims, so they needed an IT service that understood and met their expectations.

To satisfy their insurer’s criteria, we implemented the Essential Eight cost-effectively, by building policies within the endpoint management already available in their Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription.
Since opening in 2017, ROC Legal has not engaged any other IT service, Itopia manages everything from the initial set-up and launch of the firm to monitoring daily operations and being the on-call IT specialist.
