Itopia was founded by Adam Dodds, who brings two decades of enterprise IT experience to small and medium business.
Before starting Itopia, Adam worked as an infrastructure engineer for global technology and engineering companies, including Coca-Cola Amatil, Unisys, ABB Group and NTT, running the back end of large-scale private cloud platforms. He helped support around a million end users on Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business (the enterprise messaging standard of its day, before Teams), for organisations spanning government, education, and some of the world's best-known consumer-goods, manufacturing and engineering brands.
That's the experience he set out to bring to smaller businesses, the same enterprise-grade security and reliability that ran systems for a million users, made genuinely cost-effective through Microsoft 365.
