Can I do a one-off service (e.g. an IT health check)?
Yes, we’ll be happy to provide a one-off health check and provide recommendations if anything is not quite up to scratch.
Is there a service cancellation fee?
We do provide a 30 day trial which you can cancel any time, after-which we do require a 1 year commitment (this is mainly due to licensing terms with various software vendors).
How soon can you start assisting me/my business?
The onboarding process takes just a few weeks to plan and implement. However, we can start providing technical support to your business immediately.
I have a current IT support provider. Is the process complicated to switch over?
We’ll work with the incumbent support provider during the onboarding process. We will take a collaborative yet streamlined approach in transitioning over to Itopia’s service and third party subscriptions.
